Ted Payne is an accomplished executive business strategist in the government and commercial sectors for both global leaders and new ventures. He has had P&L responsibilities for new product development programs as well as production and support contracts in excess of $100M. He has served as a member of the executive team for new ventures in the raise of over $75M in equity and debt capital. His experience includes nine years as a U.S. Navy pilot and serving as the Vice President for Strategy and Business Unit Senior Manager for all Unmanned Aircraft Systems efforts for the worlds largest aviation training company.  He holds a B.S. in Aeronautical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Masters Degree in Management.

Mubin Shaikh is a former Islamic Jihadist turned undercover counter-terrorism operative.  Born and raised in Canada, at age 19 he became a supporter of militant jihadi culture.   The 9/11 attacks against the United States would eventually prompt Shaikh to relinquish his violent interpretations of Islam and led him to voluntarily assist the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) to fight international and domestic terrorism. Working for CSIS, he infiltrated several radical groups and conducted surveillance on suspects as an undercover operative on many cases, most of which remain classified.   He went undercover with and was instrumental in prosecuting Canada’s largest domestic terrorism investigation known as the “Toronto 18” case, which is documented in his book “Undercover Jihadi”.

Brandon Blackburn is a former Central Intelligence Agency counter-terrorism Officer who spent much of his government career in the Middle East and Southeast Asia working missions to disrupt and defeat terrorist organizations, to include al-Qa’ida and ISIS.  Since transitioning out of the public sector, Brandon has consulted with law enforcement, private companies, and various media outlets on counter-terrorism and intelligence related matters. He holds a degree in journalism from the University of Missouri and possesses an MBA with a concentration in International Business from Rollins College.
